Ingredients for twenty 7cm diameter Choux Cream Sticks :

+ 500g water

+ 250g butter

+ 20g milk

+ a little salt

+ 10g sugar

+ 10 chicken’s eggs

+ 400g wheat flour

Choux Cream ( is made in swans’ shape which) is a type of creamy cake made from ingredients like wheat flour, eggs, milk, butter… mixing the batter well and after that by performing the pressure process and spray it into a bag to shape in the small cakes and then it is baked. The cake is from France.
