Apple Tartelette

Ingredients for thirty (6cm) diameter Mini Apple Tartelette ; Ingredients for twenty (8cm) diameter Mini Apple Tartelete :

+ 1 kg wheat flour

+ 4 eggs

+ 8g salt

+ 260g icing sugar

+ 500g butter

Some experiences when using: Apple Tartelete is one of my most favourite cakes, maybe I’m addicted to apple. Especially I like the most about the feeling that enjoys Apple Tartelete with a hot cup of aromatic cinnamon apple tea in the fairly cold weather as in the autumn or cold winter days shrinking in a thick sweater.
