With the opening of Village Chance in 2011, Maison Chance has established a catering training for unpriviliged young people to practice a trade and work for the association.
Since the restaurant was put into operation in 26 September 2012, eight apprentices, cooks and waiters, have been trained. Some of them already managed to integrate into society and found employment outside of Maison Chance. The staff prepares traditional Vietnamese dishes for visitors, families of Village Chance and volunteers.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, from 6 am to 9 pm.
