So far, four apprentices have been trained at the bakery to make various pastries and bread such as baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat, buns, cookies or pies. Their teacher, himself coming from a poor family, had the opportunity to do a six years vocational training at a bakery in Beligium. After returning to Vietnam, he teaches apprentices the art of baking and confection making. They learn differnet baking techniques and get the necessary expertise to gurantee a high standard for the products.

The bakery is open from Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 12 pm.
