The objects of the association are:
1. To establish and maintain the association's membership of the International Federation Maison Chance (the Federation)
2. To support the activities and projects of the Federation and to comply with the present statutes and Charter of the Federation

3. To offer help to the disabled and disadvantaged children in Vietnam; offering them the possibility to live in dignity, to acquire training and to achieve personal autonomy in society. This may include donations of funds raised by the members or the facilitation of donations in kind of equipment or supplies.

The activities of Maison Chance Australia will be strictly humanitarian and free of any political and religious allegiance.

The association's objective is the realization of Article 22 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states: "Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality."

The association abides by the Charter of Maison Chance and the Bylaws of the Maison Chance International Federation, to which it is affiliated.
