Last week, Singapore Catholic Highschool students came to visit the beneficiaries of Maison Chance. Along with their teachers, they spent their first afternoon at the Take Wing Center and learned how to make the stuffed animals at our sewing workshop.
They carefully followed the advice and instructions given by our handicapped beneficiaries, who felt free to take a look to their new trainees’ work.
On the following days, the young boys went to Village Chance school to teach the students how to briefly introduce themselves in English. The kids got caught up in the game and listened carefully to their new teachers.
After effort comes comfort! The students spent their last day making arts and crafts with the children and playing with them in the Village Chance sports field.
Maison Chance students are very grateful for the Singapore young boys’ visit and can’t wait to welcome another class next year!
