Four apprentices in the bakery workshop were trained to carry out different kinds of pastries, cakes and breads such as baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat, buns, cookies, pies, etc.

Their teacher, also with a disadvantaged background, could provide an effective education. He has been trained at a bakery in Belgium for 6 years. When he came back to Vietnam, he helped students with a very good knowledge of techniques in bakery and the best products to use.

The bakery is open Monday to Saturday from 6am to 12am.
