Last week, from September 25 to October 07,
2008, the Vietnamese community in Canada was happy to welcome Co Tim, the mother
with a generous heart for bringing up children, poor students and people with
disabilities in Vietnam.
SHARE OF A YOUNG GIRL WHO GREW UP IN THE MAISON CHANCE!
My name is Ly Thi Bich Tram with the nick name ‘Be Tram’ at the
Maison Chance. I was born in an extremely poor family in the country side in
Vietnam that consists of four sisters including me, I’m the second. When I was 6
year old, my father was involved in a violent accident that made him paralyzed
due to his broken spinal column, so my mother had to carry my 2 month old sister
with her when going to the hospital to look after my father.
